The Destination Manhood Collective Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization in Morrow, Georgia. Established in 2017, we aim to provide young men and teenagers in Metro Atlanta with the tools and training necessary to become the leaders that every community needs. One of our main objectives is to reduce the impact of substance abuse and the stigma of mental health issues within our communities in a positive and nonjudgmental manner.
We provide our youth with a support system that will allow them to navigate and overcome negative stereotypes and real-life issues in a positive environment. Taking into consideration the factors and issues affecting our communities, we also provide referral services for vocational and career training options that could lead to endless opportunities and financial stability.
In addition, we offer counseling and mentorship to youth offenders. We advocate for those dealing with existing issues with Georgia’s Department of Juvenile Justice.
We help youthful offenders redirect their energy and encourage them to focus on becoming productive and responsible contributors to society as a whole. We plan to implement strategies to promote anti-violent and anti-criminal behavior through a wide variety of proven incentives.
In a nutshell, The Destination Manhood Collective Inc. is extremely active in community outreach, offering after-school programs, weekend events/outings, and other activities. Part of our outreach is visiting detainees in the custody of the state or local counties at detention or other transitional facilities.
About Us
About The CEO/ Founder
Grady DeMarcus Holland, known as GD Holland, is the CEO and Founder of The Destination Manhood Collective, Inc. Born on September 14, 1970, in Atlanta, Georgia, and raised in Decatur, GD attended Redan High School in Stone Mountain from 1983 to 1986 and again in 1988.
As a young man, GD faced significant challenges, including a conviction and sentencing as a youthful offender. His affiliation with the Metro Atlanta-based gang “Down by Law” marked a difficult chapter in his life—but it also laid the foundation for a profound transformation. Following his release, he made a personal vow never to return to prison and committed himself to changing the trajectory of his life.
Though the path forward was initially unclear, GD’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to explore various business ventures. He became actively involved in Atlanta’s emerging music scene, serving as Director of Promotions and A&R for an independent recording label, and working in artist and road management for both local and international talent.
After the birth of his children in 1996 and 1998, GD sought greater stability and entered the transportation industry, co-founding a taxi and non-emergency medical transportation company. Around this time, he also pursued training in the HVAC-R trade, which remains a vital part of his professional life.
In 2008, following the birth of his third child, GD began working overseas with U.S.-based corporations in Iraq, Afghanistan, the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar. Motivated by a deep desire to serve his community, he founded The Destination Manhood Collective, Inc. in June 2017. The organization is dedicated to mentoring, counseling, and empowering at-risk youth—especially young men—through outreach and leadership development initiatives.
As Founder and CEO, GD continues to build on his vision to uplift and guide the next generation toward purpose, responsibility, and leadership. Guided by his personal motto—“I will never hurt, harm, or hinder you”—he approaches every relationship with integrity and compassion. He also draws inspiration from Malcolm X’s timeless declaration, “By any means necessary,” reflecting his unwavering commitment to perseverance and purpose.
GD Holland’s journey from hardship to healing is a testament to resilience, faith, and the power of transformation. His mission now centers on helping others realize their own potential and walk boldly into their future.

About The Chief Operating Officer
Tiffani Hardy’s journey in youth development began more than a decade ago, when she first entered the childcare field. Over the years, she built extensive hands-on experience working with children and adolescents, developing a deep understanding of their emotional and developmental needs. Her early career laid the foundation for her passion for creating structured, nurturing environments where young people can grow, feel supported, and develop resilience.
Her commitment to serving youth was strengthened academically when she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Livingstone College in North Carolina. This education equipped her with insight into the social, legal, and systemic factors that affect young people and their families.
As Tiffani continued to work closely with children and families, her interest in emotional wellness and mental health deepened. This led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Psychology at Regent University, marking a purposeful shift toward counseling and therapeutic support as part of her professional path.
Tiffani’s growth as a leader naturally evolved into her current role as Chief Operating Officer of The Destination Manhood Collective Inc. In this position, she helps guide the organization’s mission to uplift, mentor, and empower young men in the community. Her leadership style combines strategic oversight with empathy, drawing on both her practical experience and her academic focus on mental health.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tiffani finds her greatest inspiration in her family. As a proud wife and mother of two, she channels her love and dedication into every aspect of her work. Her personal values—nurturing, understanding, and steady support—mirror the impact she hopes to leave on the youth she serves.
Today, Tiffani continues to build on her journey with a clear vision: to help develop emotionally strong, confident, and grounded young men who can rise above challenges and reach their full potential.
